It has a fine and persistent perlage, a creamy froth and distinctly fruity notes reminiscent of apple, peach and rose flowers. The soft and elegant taste makes it suitable for those who love harmonic and round sparkling wines. Ideal also outside meals or as a base for fruit cocktails. Excellent with dessert and fresh fruit.

This is the Confraternita del Prosecco bottle, exclusively reserved to Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G., an association that has as its mission the development and promotion of the Valdobbiadene D.O.C.G.
This bottle can only be used by the firms authorised by the Confraternita, only producers of Prosecco Superiore Docg minimum at 51%, and coming from the historical hills of DOCG. Hence a symbol of clear territorial identification.
GRAPES: 100% Glera.
THE VINEYARDS: exposed to the sun on the hill slopes of Valdobbiadene area.
