Sauvignon is an elegant wine, characterised by a bright straw-yellow color with greenish hues. A fine and aromatic bouquet, intense and persistent, reminiscent of yellow pepper and sage. The taste is dry and broad, with a slight aftertaste of melon. Ideal with all appetizers, fish, and tasty soups.
Recommended temperature: 8-10°C.
