Cabernet Sauvignon has an intensely beautiful ruby red colour with purplish reflexes. The bouquet is typically winy, slightly herbaceous, with a light hint of raspberry, reminiscent of violet and ripe red fruit. The taste is robust and full-bodied, with a good sapidity. Very suitable for wine ageing, it is also a classic wholemeal wine, excellent combined with roasts, poultry, hunting, and hard cheese.
Recommended drinking temperature 18-20°C.
