Rosé sparkling wine obtained from a skilful blend of Prosecco Doc 85% and Pinot Nero 15%, fermentation in autoclave with the charmat method, 60 days on the lees to regulate.
Pale and bright pink color, subtle and persistent perlage that releases a pleasant, fragrant scent, floral notes of Glera grapes, fruity notes of cherry and small red fruits of Pinot Noir.
When tasted, freshness and persistence, softness and balance, a combination of acidity and sweetness stand out, pleasant floral and fruity scents are appreciated.
Prosecco Doc Rosé has a versatile soul, an excellent choice for a good aperitif, undoubtedly perfect when paired with fresh cheeses, first courses, delicate second courses, raw fish, oysters and shellfish. On the other hand for daring with all the best of the Italian culinary tradition, but his is certainly an attitude to be international.

Suggested serving temperature: 6-8 °C.
