Wine from the straw-yellow colour slightly auburn, with an intense and fragrant bouquet reminiscent of exotic fruit and wisteria flowers. The delicate, harmonious, and persistent taste makes it excellent as an aperitif or accompanied by all light appetizers. Ideal with fish dishes, charcuterie, and boiled meat.
Recommended temperature: 8-10°C.
