Lively wine of an intense bright pink colour, with a fine and persistent perlage. The fine harmony between acidity and sugars enhances the bouquet and the freshness, giving great pleasure to the palate. The floral and fruity notes remind to strawberries, cherries, and hints of rose. Ideal as an aperitif and to accompany fish starters, especially crudités and risotto. Interestingly combined with pizza.
