Cabernet is a robust and structured wine, with a ruby red colour and purplish reflexes. The bouquet is clean and intense, reminiscent of wild berries, and raspberries with that herbaceous sensation typical of this variety. The balanced structure makes it an excellent wine to combine with roasts of white and red meat, braised meats, game, and all charcuteries.
Recommended temperature: 18-20°C.
